NATIoNAL TRUST WALKING TOUR
Sunday 16 November, 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Join volunteers from the Ballarat branch of the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) on an informative walking tour along Ballarat’s historic boulevard, Sturt Street. Explore its gardens, statues and buildings from the centre of the street.
Commencing at the Titanic bandstand opposite the Mechanics Institute enjoy an easy one hour walk at a moderate pace.
Australia ICOMOS and the City of Ballarat are proud to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land which includes Ballarat today, the Wadawurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung People, and recognise their continuing connection to the land and waterways.
We pay our respects to all Elders, past and present, and extend this to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
